Industry sales and recruitment background
Before rConfig, Louise built her career in technology recruitment, a sales- and relationship-driven discipline, starting as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Morgan McKinley in 2016. Over almost ten years she moved through senior and leadership recruitment roles at Morgan McKinley and Berkley Group, working directly on business development, client relationships and sourcing technical talent for employers across Cork and the wider Munster region.
People leadership
She progressed into people leadership early: from Team Lead of Technical Recruitment at Berkley Group in 2020, into a Business & Technology manager role, then Associate Director and finally Director by 2023, each step adding responsibility for a larger team and client portfolio. Earlier in her career, as a Localisation Project Manager at LocalEyes, she managed delivery teams spread across multiple countries and time zones, coordinating schedules, budgets and client communication on cross-functional projects.
