How is each edition licensed?
Core is free and open source. Starter and Standard can be used in perpetuity. An active annual subscription is required to receive ongoing support and product updates. Enterprise is an annual per-device subscription, sized for custom scale beyond 1,000 devices.
Can I buy Starter or Standard and upgrade to Enterprise after?
Yes you can, if you need to upgrade to Enterprise, you can contact our Customer Support team to adjust your license key and unlock the additional features without losing your data.
Can I request a quotation for my procurement process?
Absolutely, you can request a quotation. You can register for an account, login to the portal (top right corner) and request a quotation. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team.
Are rConfig Enterprise and MSP editions, the same thing?
They share the same core code but have different licensing and support models. MSP Edition provides multi-tenant capabilities, allowing you to manage distinct customer networks with data isolation. Enterprise Edition is designed for single-organization scale. Please contact our Customer Support team to discuss which model fits your architecture.
